James has been in the automotive business for over 25 years. He started as a technician eventually working his way up to an Operations Manager overseeing 27 locations, which he held for approximately 15 years. He stayed in that position until the company was purchased by a larger equity group, at which point he took a job working for a major oil company. In that business, he has held multiple roles including sales and account management. This experience has given James the inside experience to know what shop owners, and managers, struggle with on a daily basis.

Paul has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology field and as an IT consultant in the automotive service industry. As the sole provider of IT services for multiple automotive service franchises he handled everything at the shop level including point of sale, networking, security, software and hardware. He also handled everything at the corporate level, from database administration to web design and development. This experience has given him a unique perspective of the front and back office requirements of todays automotive service industries.

Nick came to the AutoSAM team starting as a freelance programmer in 2021, assisting James and Paul with the completion of the final product seen in automotive service centers today. Since then, Nick has become a valued partner, and is working to improve the customer experience daily. Nick has years of experience creating custom software solutions, and with a creative mind, is always finding ways to improve the performance of our program.
