About AutoSAM

AutoSAM is a tablet and web-based sales assistant platform built for automotive repair facilities. Our platform enables shops to present, track, and sell repair and maintenance services, and allows customers to schedule appointments and receive service-related SMS notifications.

SMS Opt-In & Consent

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from AutoSAM and the automotive repair facility you scheduled with by checking the consent checkbox during the appointment scheduling process. Opting in is entirely optional and is not required to complete your appointment request.

By opting in, you consent to receive the following types of messages:

• Appointment confirmation messages
• Appointment reminder messages prior to your scheduled service
• Maintenance reminder messages based on your vehicle’s service history

Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

To resubscribe, reply JOIN to any AutoSAM message or contact us directly.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your scheduled appointments and service history. You may receive messages in connection with each appointment you schedule and periodic maintenance reminders based on your last recorded service date and vehicle mileage intervals.

Charges & Carrier Rates

AutoSAM does not charge you for SMS messages. However, standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Use of Service

AutoSAM’s platform and SMS notifications are intended for use in connection with automotive repair and maintenance services. You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information when scheduling appointments
• Use the service only for its intended purpose
• Not attempt to misuse or abuse the SMS notification system

Limitation of Liability

AutoSAM is not responsible for delayed or undelivered SMS messages due to factors outside our control, including carrier issues, network outages, or incorrect phone numbers provided by users. AutoSAM’s liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
